8x = 2/3
x =2/3/8 (divide both sides by 8)
x = 2/3*8 (simplify 2/3/8 to 2/3*8)
x = 2/24 (simplify 3*8 to 24)
x = 1/12 (simplify 2/24 to 1/12)

Answer is 1/12. You have to divide 8 from both sides and make X by itself
