If you multiply 2/3×6/10 Will the product more than 2/3 or less than 2/3

To multiply these two fractions just multiply both numerators and both denominators.


= (2)/(3)*(6)/(10)

~Multiply


= (2 * 6)/(3 * 10)

~Simplify


= (12)/(30)

~Simplify

=
(6)/(15)

~Simplify


= (2)/(5)

2/5 = 0.4

2/3 = 0.6...

0.6... > 0.4

It will be LESS then 2/3.
