Answer:

Dependent events means they DEPEND on each other. If 1 events were to change, then the other would also change.

Explanation:

If you are tossing 2 coins, those coins do not depend on each other. If 1 outcome changes, the other will not be affected.

If you are tossing the same coin you still have a 50/50 chance each time so these are not dependent.

Drawing 2 cards WITH replacement will not change the probability so these are also not dependent.

Picking 2 billiard balls WITHOUT replacement IS dependent. If you were to pick a certain ball, that ball is no longer available so the probability can change because it depends on what ball is chosen first.
