32inches

Explanation:

Initial width = 3inches

Initial length = 5inches

Final width = 2× 3inches = 6inches

Final length = 2× 5inches = 10inches

Perimeter = 2×( finallength + finalwidth) = 2×(10inches + 6inches) = 2×(16inches) = 32inches
