Explanation: Employees and their Employers are allowed to keep certain information or data confidential expect when the following situations exists. The Law allows employees to give out confidential information when required by law with the full consent of the employer, the Law Courts may require such information to prosecute a case for the public good etc.

In the case where the lives of people are in threat an employee can go ahead to release such information.
