Explanation: if any state laws conflict with the federal laws, the constitution or federal law prevails. According to the Article VI of the United State constitution, it establish that the federal law is the supreme law of the land . It means that the ultimate law of the land is invested in the federal government. Incase of any conflicting state laws with the federal government, the federal law take priority. The law establishes that the federal law generally take precedence over state laws, and even state constitution.
