3. The Power Stage: in this stage the technology has become powerful with full effect and made available for purchase, the whole society is affected by it either directly or indirectly. Many people now have a perfect knowledge on how to use it and to put it into good use. The impact technology has on the society is what resulted to its revolutionary breakthrough.
