Due process is the modern idea that people are treated fairly by the laws and government of the state. Where is there evidence of due process in the Code of Justinian?

In 3 of the first section of the reading material on ap3x it states:

The maxims of law are these: to live honesty, to hurt no one, to give every one his due.

Give everyone his due is referring to due process (fair trial)
