Answer:

It will take almost 2 hours 8 mins .

Explanation:

The man rides his bicycle for 9 km for 1 hour.

He has to travel 11.54 miles.

1 mile = 1.609 km

11.54 miles= 11.54* 1.609 km= 18.568 = 18.57 km

It will take him 18.57 km / 9 km= 2.06 hrs= 127 mins

He moves 26 minutes at 6.76 km per hour meaning he moves 6.76/60 * 26=

2.93 km .

He moves 10 minutes at 5.55 km per hour meaning he moves 5.55/60 * 10=

0.925 km .

Out of 18.57 km he has moved 2.93+0.925= 3.855 km in 36 mins

18.57 km- 3.9 km = 14. 67 km is yet to travel

Now applying cross product rule

9 km 60 mins

14.67 km ? x

x= 60 * 14.67/9= 97.8 mins

Total time taken will be 26 + 10 + 97.8 mins = 127.8 mins = 2 hours 7 mins
