Answer:

The radius of the curve is 20 m.

Explanation:

The centripetal acceleration of cyclist is given ( a ) = 5.00 m/s² .

The velocity of cyclist is given ( v ) = 10.0 m/s

We have to calculate the radius of cycle ( r ) = ?

We know that centripetal acceleration is given by

a = (v^(2) )/(r)

By substituting the value in above formula,

5.00 = (10^(2) )/(r)

r =
(100)/(5) = 20 m

The radius of the curve is 20 m.
