Indian Removal Act 1830 was signed by President Andrew Jackson in the year 1830 on May 28.

Step-by-step explanation:

According to this act the president has to grant unsettled lands which were there in the west of Mississippi in exchange of Indian lands that were within state borders that existed during that time. Many Native Americans accepted the act and they reacted peacefully but many Native American reacted in a violent way. The main reason that lead to Indian Removal Act was at that time gold was discovered on Cherokee land, that leads to scientific racism.
