Why do you think charitable foundations should do during a recession?

Give more money because people need it

I say give the same or less because everyone needs money, obviously other than people with lots of it, because we're all in need of something. Even a small amount of money is enough to help someone. 20 dollars for gas money, something like that. But I say give all equal because you don't want to be unfair. If the foundation has a LOT of money, say maybe 400k, give 4k to each person. Or 2k. It'll go a long way.
