Answer:

When blood is flow through the coronary sinus towards the lungs capillaries it will pass through the following anatomical positions.

According to the scenario, first of all blood starts flow through coronary sinus then it will enter into right upper chamber of heart called right atrium and from right atrium it flow through tricuspid valve to right ventricle and when heart pumps means when right ventricle contracts then the blood passes through pulmonary semilunar valve into pulmonary trunk. From pulmonary trunk blood pushes forward to pulmonary artries and finally reaches at lung capillaries.

So, this is the anatomical order of blood flow from coronary sinus to capillaries of lungs.
