Domain: (-2, -1, 0, 5).

Range: 3 and 4.

Function: Yes.

Explanation:

In order for a relation to be a function, we will have a set of inputs and a set of outputs. Various inputs may have the same output, but one input cannot have various outputs.

In a graph, if the points make a horizontal line, then the relation is still a function. However, if they made a vertical line, the relation would NOT be a function.
