The conditions which are best for bacteria to grow:

1. Bacteria needs food to grow.

2. Bacteria requires water for survival.

3. Bacteria needs optimum temperature i.e., 37 C and oxygen.

4. Bacteria at neutral PH i.e., between 6.6 and 7.5 shows best growth.
