(x-3) and (x-11)

Explanation:

note that for any quadratic equation,

if the roots of the equation is A and B, then the factors will be (x -A) and (x - B)

in our case, we are given that the roots are 3 and 11,

hence it follows that the factors are (x-3) and (x-11) as described above.
