*A nurse is experiencing a particularly busy day, and patient calls out from their room as the nurse passes. The patient asks if the nurse could grab her a magazine to read. Feeling too stressed, the nurse gives the patient a rude glare and says, "Give me a second, for once in my life." *

Would this be and ethical issue or legal issue, both, or neither? Why or why not..

Answer:

in my opinion, it is just a mere ethical issue. the reason i think so, is because by definition ethics are beliefs and morals regarding ones behavior. Since the nurse was rude to the patient, she/he did not display any ethics. i dont think this is a legal issue because magazines are not something that the patient requires to live.
