hello!

============================

First, let's use the Slope Formula to find the slope:

\pmb{\displaystyle(y2-y1)/(x2-x1) }

\pmb{\displaystyle(4-1)/(3-0) }

\pmb{\displaystyle(3)/(3)}

Which simplifies to

\pmb{1}

So the slope is 1.

Now, here's a point that the line passes through:

(0, 1)

Write the equation in point-slope form:

\pmb{y-y1=m(x-x1)}

y-1=1(x-0)
