Answer:

Strongest skill: Strong work ethic.

I have a strong work values — I am dependable, honest, self confident and a positive attitude.

Skill that needs improvement: Teamwork skills (works well with others, group communication).

In today’s work environment, many jobs involve working in one or more groups. Most employers want someone who can bring out the best in others. Because of my introverted nature, there is need for me to sharpen this skill. This would enable me relate to co-workers and build relationships with others in the organization.

Skill that i need most in my future profession: Communication skills (verbal and written).

An effective communication skill will help me communicate and negotiate with suppliers, potential investors, customers and employees. Having a good written and verbal communication skills will help me to build good working relationships and reflect the image I am trying to project.
