Answer: 121/40

Explanation:

Expanding the 2⅜ to become 19/8 (as 8*2 = 16+3= 19)

Then, changing the denominators to be equal (smallest common denominator) which would be 40.

19/8 would have to be multiplied by 5 on the top and bottom to reach 40.

19/8* 5/5 = 95/40

Then, 13/20 has to have a denominator of 40 as well. Multiplying the top and bottom by 2:

13/20 * 2/2 = 26/40

95/40 + 26/40 = 121/40

121/40 is the most simplified version.
