Slope intercept form is y=mx+b where m is the slope and b is the y-intercept.

y+4=-2(x-1) (It looks like this equation is in point slope form. Let expand the right side of the equation first)

y+4=-2x+2 (now subtract 4 from both sides to isolate y)

y=-2x-2 (There you go!)

answer: y=-2x-2
