Final answer:

The work people engage in shapes their lifestyles; farmers have early schedules with periods of intense labor, factory workers may have shift work and live in urban areas, while school teachers have structured days and work beyond school hours often bringing work home. An economy could theoretically be based entirely on services, though this would rely on importing or producing essential goods. Self-service in an economy offers labor cost reduction, improved efficiency, and consumer convenience.

Step-by-step explanation:

Impact of Work on Lifestyle

The type of work individuals engage in greatly influences their lifestyles. For instance, a farmer may need to wake up early to tend to crops and livestock, spend a significant portion of the day outdoors, and may experience periods of intense activity around planting and harvest times. The lifestyle tends to be more rural, with early bedtimes and early mornings dictated by natural sunlight patterns. In contrast, a factory worker might have more regular hours, but their work is often repetitive, possibly performed in shifts including overnight or evening work, and mostly indoors. Factory workers may live in more urban settings where factories are located. A schoolteacher's work is primarily during the school year, with a more structured day that aligns with school hours. Teachers often take their work home, preparing lesson plans and grading, which can extend their workday beyond the classroom and contribute to a lifestyle that includes continual learning and engagement with youth and curriculum topics.

Service-Based Economies

It is theoretically possible for an economy to be based entirely on services, although practical considerations such as the need for basic goods would necessitate some level of goods production or importation. A purely service-based economy would heavily rely on areas like finance, education, healthcare, and information technology.

The Value of Self-Service in an Economy

Self-service has significant value in an economy as it can reduce labor costs for businesses, increase efficiency, and provide convenience for consumers. It can be seen in various sectors, including retail checkouts, banking, and online services.

Answer:1)The type of one job influences his lifestyle

2)No

3) value of self services in an economy includes improved customer services, more convenient , reduced overhead cost, customer satisfaction, increase productivity.

Explanation:Type of job tells a lot about people lifestyle,eg a person who spend very long hours at work hardly have adequate rest and social life.

Contrasting between farmers, school teacher and factory worker, the factory workers are semi skilled, teachers skilled and farmer could be non skilled ,the school teacher schedule is always fixed 8am to 4pm for instance so they are more organized, they are mostly in formal attire while a factory worker run shifts and may be see in safety boots and overall and may have little or erratic schedules .the farmer on the other hand has no schedule ,has relaxed routine, wear casuals and not necessarily tidy, does things when willed as most are self employed.

Even in their eating habits, farmers eat more of fresh food, while teachers eat processed foods and factory workers are more likely to eat junks or snacks.

While a school teacher may be seen with books ,a factory worker may be seen with machines and equipment and farmers with tools ,tractors etc

2)An economy can only thrive on goods and services,as both are needed for survival,a service person need commodities like foods, clothes etc to survive while a good traders cannot do without services like transportation, banking etc

3)the value of self service include overhead cost reduction, self service involves customer serving themselves with limited involvement of a third party or vendor e.g payment at pos at gas station, uses of ATM for cash withdrawal etc.

The organization uses less resources like staff,PCs to run self service this fund can be invested in other areas.

Increase customer service occurs as a result of self service , customer can do their trasaction at their pace and convenience.
