American revolution took place between 1765 to 1783 as a colonial revolt. Due to this the colonies of North america won their independence from the Britain.

Contributions of American Revolution:

• The main contributions of american revolution is the success in the American revolutionary war that took place between 1775 to 1783. Thus American revolution emerged as the major reason for the success of north american colonies in this war.
• This revolution also showed the strength of North american colonies to the Britain who tried to overpower and imposed unreasonable taxes.
• Thus this revolution also lead to Boston Tea party where the colonials threw all the teas imported from Britain as a act of showing their discomfort against the unnecessary taxes that was imposed and Hence the Britain withdrew the taxes.
