Explanation:

There are two outcomes for the coin toss (head and tail). For each outcome, there are 4 outcomes for the spinner (1, 2, 3, 4).

The sample space is: H1, H2, H3, H4, T1, T2, T3, T4

There's a total of 8 possibilities. 2 of them are tails and even (T2 and T4). So the probability is 2/8 = 1/4, or 25%.
