Answer:

See below, please

Explanation:

This square

3 {x}^(2) + 6x + 7 = 2 {x}^(2) - 2x + 27

(3 {x}^(2) - 2 {x}^(2) ) + (6x + 2x) + (7 - 27) = 0

{x}^(2) + 8x - 20 = 0

(x + 10) * (x - 2) = 0

Hence,

x1 = 2

x2 = - 10

Because x is positive, So,

x = 2

Then we know

The length of one of the sides

= 3 {x}^(2) + 6x + 7 = (3 * {2}^(2)) + (6 * 2) + 7 = (3 * 4) + 12 + 7 = 31

The area of the square

= {31}^(2) = 961

The perimeter of the square

= 31 * 4 = 124

Answer:

Value of X: X=2

Length of One Side: 31

Area: 961u^2

Perimeter: perimeter = 124

Explanation:

Set the sides equal to each other, simplify and then use quadratic equation. One result is positive and the other is negative, shape's sides have to be positive so use the positive value for X.
