Z=1 because if we plug it in we get 1/5(3+2(1))-4(1)=-3 and then that goes to 1/5(5)-4 = -3 then 1-4=-3 and that is true

Answer:

A) z=1

Explanation:

1/5(3+2z)-4z=-3

3/5+2/5z-4z=-3

2/5z-20/5z=-3-3/5

-18/5z=-15/5-3/5

-18/5z=-18/5

z=(-18/5)/(-18/5)

z=1
