- Eating much of fruits and vegetables than refined and processed foods.because the body needs much of vitamins ,minerals and fibres which fruits and vegetables contain to be healthy.

- Making half the grain you consume whole grain than refined grain. example, whole-wheat,brown rice and oatmeal.

- Consume more of fat-free or low-fat diets because it contains calcium,bless calcium and saturated fat.

- Cultivate the habit of drinking water instead of sugary and caffeinated drinks inorder to cut down unnecessary calories.

- Choose and eat lean protein foods like lean beef,turkey breast and chicken breast.

- Eat foods with low sodium .

- Consume a good number of seafoods periodically,they contain a good amount of natural ingredients and minerals.

- Eliminate solid fat from diet,if it must be taken should be once in a while.

- Always eat healthy snacks preferably the one prepared at home rather than public.

- Reduce fat,salt and sugar intake when eating out.

- Control your portion sizes,eat small meals at a time.

- Practice healthy eating at school but packing meals and snacks from home than eating out.
