The members of the upper class on the other hand, tend to have abundance of resources. To the point where they can waste it without having to worry that their basic needs wouldn't be fulfilled.

The disparity between social class will most likely create a sense of unfairness and jealousy among the members of lower social class.

In some cases, this will developed into hatred that resulted in antagonistic relationship between the management (upper class) and the labor (lower class)
