Ten tiles numbered 1 through 10 are placed in a bag. You randomly choose one tile. Without replacing the first tile, you randomly choose a second tile. Find the probability of choosing the 4 and then an even number. Write your answer as a fraction in simplest form.

Answer:

ok first you have a 4 which is 1 tenth then you have 4 evens out of a remaining 9 so multiply one tenth by four ninths so as a decimal it would be 5.3444444
