Preliminary examination will help us reach a conclusion that the evidence is sufficient to support the lawsuit brought against my client and this evidence must be based on facts not just suspicion that the defendant has. Eventhough sexual assaults may be a sensitive subject but people lie all the time about being sexually assaulted so it is always crucial to make sure that before a client is put on a stand there is sufficient and factual evidence which point at him.
