Exercise regularly :)

Reading a tablet (unless it is not emitting a lot of blue light) actually prohibits your brain from falling asleep easily. Sleeping later on weekends (sadly) won’t help either, you will feel well rested for the day, but the week will be difficult because your body has to re-adjust.

Exercise is the only way to constantly keep your body happy and healthy :) which will help you sleep. :))
