y=(2)/(3)x+7 ----> equation A


3y=2x-3

Isolate the variable y

Divide by 3 both sides


y=(2)/(3)x-1 ------> equation B

Compare equation A and equation B

Both lines have the same slope and different y-intercept

Line A and Line B are parallel lines

The lines do not intersect

therefore

The system has no solution, because both lines are parallel
