When we use a diagnosis to describe a disability it:

tells us all we need to know to support the child

only tells us about some aspect of the child

identifies the strengths of the child

helps us understand the limits of the child's potential

I believe ethically it would be telling us some piece of that child's life. their disability doesn't make them who they are, it's just another thing they have to live with.

Answer:

tells us all we need to know to support the child.

Step-by-step explanation:

An individual's disability can play a major role in his/her life: whether it's positive or negative. But overcoming the challenges and developing confidence is vital and admirable. As a society, it is our utmost duty to allow people with disabilities to experience a life they deserve.
