Answer:

The equation for slope is y = mx + b. M would be the slope it self and B would be the y-intercept. Don't ask why Y isn't the y-intercept, that is just the way it is. Your slope is seen as rise/run. This means for the first one you would go up 2 and right 3. However, before you start plotting points, you need to place the B or y-intercept. this means that your first point will start at -1 for the first equation. From there you would plot your points as needed. For the second one, there is no defined slope that is visible; however, as you know if x doesn't have a number before it, it is automatically a 1. With this in mind, you will realize your slope is actually
-(1)/(1). dont forget to start at 4 on the y axis and you should have your answer.
