The following are the three ways in which the labor unions have had a positive impact on federal policies toward workers in the workplace:
The demands regarding the
basic minimum remuneration
paid to the workers by the employers have been accepted by the government and now we can see that there are federal laws regarding how much should the workers be paid at minimum.
The federal policies now include strict guidelines that direct the employers to implement for the
safety and security
of the workers at the workplace.
The policies also specify the
facilities
that the workers need to be provided with so that they can work properly.
