no, they cannot

because they go at basically a rate of 16 mi a day, and in a three month period there are 90 days give or take, they end up traveling only 1440 miles which is only a third or so of the full distance of the wall.

Because the total distance of the great wall is 3948 miles to find out the amount of time needed...

3948/16 = 246.75 days (which is greater than 3 months)

answer: They can't cover the entire distance in three months.
