gcf (22 × 3; 2 × 5) = 2
Calculate the greatest common factor, GCF, online calculator
Divide both the numerator and the denominator by their greatest common factor, GCF:
12/10 =
(22 × 3)/(2 × 5) =
((22 × 3) ÷ 2) / ((2 × 5) ÷ 2) =
(2 × 3)/5 =
