The type of plate boundary is Convergent plate boundry.

Step-by-step explanation:

Fold mountains mainly formed by the results of overlapping on layers in the top part of the crust. These mountains create while two tectonic plates push towards one another. When two opposed plates are shoving within each other is called Convergent plate boundry.

The drifting plates and continents get collided and the gathered rock layers will fall and fold, similar to a tablecloth pushed across the table. Since the crust has collided and the new crust formed by the rocks. The formed mountains are normally bigger in its length and shorter in breadth.
