If the circumference of a circle is 3/4pi cm what is the area of the circle in terms of pi

Area = π×(3/8)²

Explanation:

Let p represent the circumference and r the radius

then

p = 3/4π = 2×π×r ⇒ 3/4 = 2r

then r = (3/4)/2 = 3/8

Area = π×r² = π×(3/8)²
