Answer: 1/10=m, and b-3/10

Explanation:

(s-3)/4+6

y=1/10s-3/10

For a line in the form of y=mx+b the slope is m and y-int is b.

1/10=m, and b-3/10

Hope this helps, HAVE A BLESSED AND WONDERFUL DAY! As well as a great Superbowl Weekend! :-)
