During his time at Harvard University, Skinner became interested in studying human behavior in an objective and scientific way. He developed ''operant conditioning'' more known as a ''Skinner box'' experimental research so he could study operant conditioning for strengthening behavior. He also believed that if a person does something where the consequences are bad, he most likely won't do the same action again but if the consequences are good, a person will most likely repeat that action.
