Answer:

There is a significant differences and similarities in the nervous system and endocrine system. The nervous system consists of neurons and endocrine system consists of glands. The messengers in the nervous system is neurotransmitter and in endocrine system is hormones.

The nervous system releases these messengers closely to the cell that is to be influenced by it but the hormone influence the cell which is present far from it so the speed of message traveling is fast in the nervous system than the endocrine system.

These two system have similarities also like they both helps in maintaining homeostasis, both helps in sending message to other cells in the body, both reacts to stimulus.
