Answer:
preparation
Step-by-step explanation:
Also called the Stages of Change Model or simply TTM, the Transtheoretical Model was originated by Prochaska and DiClemente in the 1970s. This study evolved as a result of studies on why some smokers were able to quit smoking decisively in their own and others just couldn't and needed help to quit. It was determined from this that smokers could only quit when they were ready and such decided on quitting. The TTM model therefore revolves on decision and holds that individuals go through a process in decision or change of behavior.
The six stages of TTM include: precontemplation, contemplation, preparation, action, maintenance, and termination.
