this means she is actually paying (100% - 35%) = 65%

65% of 128.25 = 0.65(128.25) = 83.36....this is with coupon, without tax

now she has to deal with the 4% sales tax..

4% of 83.36 = 0.04(83.36) = 3.33.....this is the sales tax

the total cost is gonna be : 83.36 + 3.33 = $ 86.69 <===
