Answer: the slope intercept would be 2/9

Step-by-step explanation: first, plot the points on a graph, from the first point count up to the 10 line, that would be 2 (which is the rise), then from the point you’re at (which is (-8,10)) count across till you reach the other point (you would count 9, thats the run)

so the the answer is rise/run = 2/9
