The slope intercept form is
y=-(-3x)/(4)-1.

Solution:

Given data: slope =
-(3)/(4) and y-intercept = –1

y-intercept means (x, y) = (0, –1)

Equation of a line for slope intercept form:
y-y_1=m(x-x_1)

Here,
x_1=0, y_1=-1 and
m=-(3)/(4).

y-(-1)=(-3)/(4) (x-0)

y+1=(-3)/(4) (x)

Do cross multiplication.

4(y+1)=-3x

4y+4=-3x

4y=-3x-4

Divide both sides of the equation by 4.

y=-(-3x)/(4)-(4)/(4)

y=-(-3x)/(4)-1

Hence the slope intercept form is
y=-(-3x)/(4)-1.
