$3 (3)/(5) + 1 (1)/(6) = \\$

$((3 * 5) + 3)/(5) + ((1 * 6) + 1)/(6) = \\$

$(15 + 3)/(5) + (6 + 1)/(6) = \\$

$(18)/(5) + (7)/(6) = \\$

$(18 * 6)/(5 * 6) + (7 * 5)/(6 * 5) = \\$

$(108)/(30) + (35)/(30) = \\$

$(108 + 35)/( 30) = \\$

$(143)/(30) \\$
