y=-5x-21 (D)

Explanation:

Since the two lines parallel, their gradient must be equal

m1=m2=m=-5

y − y1 = m(x − x1)

And since the line passes trough pint (-4,-1), therefore

y –(-1) = -5(x – (-4))

y+1=-5(x+4)

y+1=-5x-20

y=-5x-20-1

y=-5x-21
