So I'm writing a paper and I need to know what the specific name of a program, do any if you guys know? Its a program that I know is going on in Arizona, the city gives people land to take care of to prevent littering, they want people to put use to the land and plant stuff. I need the actual name though, if you know it or can figure it out you'd be an actual LIFESAVER!!!
