Madeline is selling sketches for $2 and

color prints for $5 at a comic convention.
Madeline leaves the table and asks her
friend Chris to run the table for her. She
returns to find Chris has made $93. Chris
doesn't know how many of each item he
sold, but he remembers that he sold a
total of 30 sketches and colored prints.
Below is Madeline's work in determining

Answer:

A,B,C

Explanation:

When we look at her work, which you write in comment we can see that she make mistake. So lets answer your questions .

A) Because we cannot have 8.25 prints, we can just have integer 8 or 9. or some other integer.

B) explain Madeline mistake :

2(30-p)+5p=93 in this she needs to multiply 2 by 30 and 2 by -p, which she didnt.

C) When we correct mistake we can evaluate how much Chris sell.

60-2p+5p=93

3p=33

p=11

s=30-p=19

So, Chris sells prints 11 and sketches 19
